Uncalled bet (33590) returned to ADDILAC299
ADDILAC299 collected 40950 from pot
ADDILAC299: doesn't show hand

After I bet 33590, an observer said "Call" but he folded. Well I honestly am just upset because a Mod was called on observers of mine earlier because they were calling for a card after i was all in. So I called the Mod on this observer for trying to influence action....

Mod94 came to the table and told me this was NOT in chat violation, then leaves.

I instantly call mod back and Mod94 tells us the same thing.

I called mod back a 3rd time, and mod says hold on, waits 5 hands, then proceeds me to email questions to their chat support. This was after i clearly asked if I can rail a friend and tell them how to play every hand, since it isn't against Mod94's rules.

What is everyone elses thoughts on this???

Am I out of line? the Mod? The observer?

But what happens if that person were to be a High stakes MTT player railing a friend? Is that different?

yea maybe.... you never know if that high stakes mtt player has other high stakes mtt players in his room helping him on every hand though.

Its one of those things thats almost impossible to enforce, railers should be the last thing your worrying about. If a mod was there he should be banning chats though, so you are right.

I think anyone not in the hand should shut their mouth about the hand. Also if there is a multiway pot people shouldnt say "I know you are bluffing" or "You have a big hand" etc if there are stil others to act in the hand.

Something close happened in a home game the other day. This girl who is a biatch and the wierdest person and a loose passive player which I hate. Slows the game down.

Anyways I bet preflop with AJ 2 callers. Flop 773 I C bet and get 1 caller. She had folded her hand. Turn comes 4 it goes check check. River 10 he checks I bet and the girl who folded says "bullshit" and then the guy calls with like K4 or something.

I snapped because she pretty much said I was bluffing by saying that. Then she tried to play it off as if she hit a hand and was saying bullshit about the riv. I told her to show me her hand and I know the type of person she is so Im sure she didnt mean it about the cards.

I almost knocked her out.

I don't think you're wrong for complaining.

If someone at the table had said that I think it would be a clear violation. As for what an observer can say it appears the rules are more lax?

Ive called the mods for a situation like this before where I had a maniac image and ones of the players was trying to influence action during the hand and the mod basically told me to suck it up.

thats messed up.

i was playing in ac a few weeks ago and wasn't thinking (or was thinking out loud) and said something during a hand that i shouldn't have. two players and the dealer immediately were like whoa you can't say things like that.

people who arent involved in hands saying things to influence the action during a hand is sort of a big deal.

I agree, but they are getting a lot more strict with stuff, especially observer chat. I got a warning the other day for dumb stuff, as did Highwaystar (CLONK). Tehtoe has 2 warnings in the last few day, although he probably deserved it smile.gif

On topic, I would have just told him to STFU while hands are being played.

We never do what this dude said.

Someone did it to me when I put someone all in the other day when I had air. I left some chips behind like usual and then someone else on the table says "call" whilst the other guy is thinking, which was really not right at all.
