$1/$2 FullTilt (8 handed)econ_timPreflop - UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, Button calls, SB folds, econ_tim checks.Pot: 4.5 SBFlop - [7 :diamond: 9  4 :spade: ]econ_tim raises, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.Pot: 10.5 SBI don't think this flop would help early position limpers, and since the Button is out, I'm probably ahead.Turn - [8 :diamond: ]econ_tim bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds.Pot: 7 BBGuess I could worry about JT, but the 8 is unlikely to have hit anyone, and I get OESD.River - [A :diamond: ]econ_tim checks, UTG checks.Final pot: 7BB

a bet from early position means strength. I fold the flop...the fact that you are overcalling makes the fold that much easier, imo.

I don't think this flop would help early position limpers, and since the Button is out, I'm probably ahead. unless they had 44 77 88 99....but nobody limps with those

I'll find out soon if they have a set. And there are plenty of bad players in the 1/2 game who will limp in early with very marginal hands (e.g. high unsuited cards).
