Thanks everyone!I posted a short report of my first night in the challenge thread but I figure I'll use this thread to give updates on anything interesting. I'm actually down $150 to start the trip. But mainly it was just because I've never really played live and need to tone down my aggression some to better combat the loose passiveness at the tables. I played 1/2 at the MGM early last night and it was a mega donkfest, and I finished down $65 in the game after like 2.5 hours. I eventually got kicked out AFTER I turned 21 because they found out I was there 2 hours before I turned 21 but the floor was really cool and just said it could cost them their jobs if they let me play and asked me to come back in the morning.I also think I may have been cheated at a $1 BB/no SB 200 max buy-in game at Bills. Don't ever play this game. I was having a good time talking to the dealers because they were from around my area but there was some fishiness going on. My friend and I were playing HU for like 5 minutes around 5 AM (we were only playing so we didn't stop once the third guy quit). My friend won 5 out of 5 hands with 5 premium starting hands in a row and one big setup and. I didn't even realize it until after we left but my friend (who is infinite_loop here) claims he thinks they were rigging the deck against me to hopefully stack me and break the game. I really don't know what to make of this, but I was evenish before headsup and ended up dropping 85.00 in 5 hands (most of which came in the cooler hand).Also, the rake in that game is RIDICULOUS. Doesn't make the game unbeatable but it makes it really hard to win for any substantial amount, especially the way the table was playing.Regardless, I didn't run especially well on Day 1, but it was more a day to get my feet wet and just get into the live setting. I hope to be playing 2/5 and 5/10 ASAP (once I withdraw some money from the bank). It was certainly an interesting first day in Vegas though.Edit: Southwest lost my baggage too, and had to send it to me in the morning so I didn't have any of my things yesterday, including my cell charger.
