Daniel Was In Anne Of Green Gables?

Recommended Posts

Just read the latest blog (the birthday one) and saw that Daniel was an extra on the movie/series "Anne of Green Gables". That's my favorite series of all times (yes, I'm a big softy and and cry when ever I see it)!!!Does anybody know, where in the movie he can be seen? I would just get a blast out of seeing him there :-)ThanksMeacham

He told me it was a street scene with horses and carriages, but he doesn't remember which episode. Now I have to check to see if I still have the series here, so I can check it out. Haven't watched it in quite a while anyway. One of my favorites also.

I'm sobbing with anticipation :ts
Aside from that, I don't really know what I'm going to do this week? I guess that's about it...

I think he was the head fluff in the breeding shed.
Is that the same "fluffer" as in a porn? If so, yikes, but funny. If not, um, forget I said -- or thought -- that.Cartoon work, DN! Lots of stars doing voice work in cartoons these days --- nice hours, no makeup, work in jeans, etc. Plus DN's such a good mimic -- with all his accents, he's a natural. I watch a lot of adult-oriented cartoons on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim (Venture Brothers FTW) and it's a game to close my eyes and identify the star. Michael Dorn (aka Worf) does tons of cartoons, as do Patrick Warburton (and Jason Alexander) from Seinfeld.I could totally see Daniel doing cartoon work. I like the timbre of his voice -- every time the PStars ad comes on, it's his voice that catches my ear first, even though it doesn't start immediately (a lot of time I'm splitting my attention between TV and computer). Also, random question about the PStars ads -- do the players write their own scripts or ad-lib? I was wondering because if so, it's an interesting insight into their outlooks on life -- Vanessa's "all about challenges," Joe Hachem's "practice," Daniel's "strategy." Years ago, a NASCAR commercial did that with drivers -- just asked them to talk about racing and filmed it. And sure enough, they captured the ever-shy, self-effacing Bill Elliott observing that he'd lost the championship in years he was sure he'd win it, and one year won it when he was sure he wouldn't, while the cocky Dale Earnhardt said, "It's 36 races and you've got to believe you're going to win 'em all -- not just one or two, but every single one of 'em." The PStars ads remind me of that, because they sound like the players were just asked to talk about poker.

I meant to add a comment about birthdays. I was wondering once why three of my four best friends all had birthdays in the last week of July: 22nd, 26th, and 29th. So I counted back nine months: HALLOWEEN!!!I guess those naughty nurse outfits really do the trick.

OMG Daniel...you were an extra in Anne of Green Gables? I absolutely LOOOOOVE that movie...I cut my hair like Anne (yes, I'm a chick)...wanted to be Anne...watched the movie like several times per year for many years...have most of it memorized. You must tell me where I can see you in the movie...I'll watch the movie tonight.on a side note, I love poker VT...was a little leary subscribing because of the monthly cost, but I love it! it is a great way to get through lunch at work. Where do you pull the questions from? this forum? because I have a couple.
