But T$s on pokerstars can be traded through their little system they have. You just fill in the details and the other person puts in the same information and they do the exchange for you. I just don't know where to ask that on this forum, there isn't exactly a player transfers and exchange thread is there?

Ive never seen this. There are several sites that charge a fee for the transaction like cashmanbrian. Go to the tourney strat section and ask again, and trade with someone who has been around a while. How much is it?
