Have you seen the pictures from Iowa, etc. of the people looting the liquor stores, carrying away televisions from retail stores, sitting on the roof begging for someone to take care of them, collected in the baseball stadium complaining about the food and shelter being provided?Neither have I.

Is this a shot at the people of New Orleans? Or are you implying that the US government reacted more quickly and effectively to help people in Iowa?on a side note, my brother in law lives in St. Louis and he sent me some stunning photos this weekend from the area by the Arch. One good one was a highway overpass where the water was about six inches below the bottom of the overpass....which was 12 ft 2 inches high. Yikes. And he said it was as high as 20 feet in other places.Good luck midwest.

Why aren't Hollywood celebrities holding telethons asking for help in restoring Iowa and helping the folks affected by the floods?Why aren't the media asking tough questions about why the federal government hasn't solved the problem? Or asking where are the FEMA trucks (and trailers)?Why isn't the Federal Government relocating Iowa people to free hotels in Chicago ?Why isn't it giving them $200 vouchers that they can spend on alcohol and vice?When will Spike Lee say that the Federal Government blew up the levees that failed in Des Moines ?Where are Sean Penn and the Dixie Chicks?Where are all the looters stealing high-end tennis shoes and big screen television sets?When will we hear Governor Chet Culver say that he wants to rebuild a "vani lla" Iowa , because that's the way God wants it?Where is the hysterical 24/7 media coverage complete with reports of cannibalism?Where are the people declaring that George Bush hates white, rural people?How come in 2 weeks, you will never hear about the Iowa flooding ever again?

The real problem is that there aren't very many black people that live here. We need to import some. Actually maybe Jadaki is a mix, I'm not sure. Napa and DDiDM are both really white however.
