They use like 35# of Mozerella on every deep dish pie, god, they are so fucking good... Best. Pizza. Ever.Their thin crust is consistently rated top 5 in the city (even though they're only "technically" in the City)Eeeeeeeeeeveryone thinks they know of some little Pizza place that is just better than anyplace else- I will book Pudgies against any of them and lay 1.5-1 in a blind taste test.
