Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)

BB ($23.60)
UTG ($36.95)
Hero ($25)
Button ($26.25)
SB ($14.95)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T icon_suit_heart.gif , T icon_suit_club.gif .
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.85, Button calls $0.85, SB calls $0.75, 1 fold.

Flop: ($2.80) 9 icon_suit_diamond.gif , 4 icon_suit_club.gif , 5 icon_suit_club.gif (3 players)
SB bets $1, Hero raises to $4.25, Button folds, SB calls $3.25.

Turn: ($11.30) K icon_suit_spade.gif (2 players)
SB bets $3.25, Hero calls $3.25.

River: ($17.80) A icon_suit_spade.gif (2 players)
SB bets $6.6 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $17.80

Villain is very loose, playing over 60% of his hands and raising 14% of them preflop, although I only have about 20 hands on him. Villain's aggression factor is very high, especially on the turn and river.

I think I played it wrong on the turn.

Me too. What else can you do? You can basically commit your self to the turn by reraising or you can call the river.

If you're ahead on the turn, you know there's one card to come and you know you do not want to see a A or a club. Nines aren't helpful either. If you're positive you're ahead, I guess you could basically shove the turn. But I'm normally not so sure I'm ahead in this spot so, my standard play is to call the turn and hope the river bricks and I can make a decision to probably call then. Even if I am ahead, villain might call off with a flush draw and a pair anyway. I think I'd rather just see the river and make a decision then.
You basically got two terrible cards in a row and made probably a smart fold.

To clarify my original post, I think the fold is either a shove or fold. I don't think calling is the right play with the stack sizes.

Shove turn is the first thing I thought too.

The small bets look like he is attempting to set his on price to draw.

Shove the turn.

Fold the turn isn't horrible but I'd need a read to do it.

Call the turn is horrible.
