I dont think a site exists that will pay you that much for your chips, if they say they do than beware of being scammed. I currently sell at www.pokerstarsnow.com for $5 for 1,000,000 and thats actually a very good price. They have paid up to $7 per million before when sold their chips for more, but they recently dropped their prices to around $10 per million plus bonus chips so I guess they cant pay that much for chips anymore.
