Add dark rum instead, and you've got yourself a Tom Arnold.

There is a regular game that runs, $2/$5 with a mandatory straddle on the button of $10-$100, buy-in is $500-$3000. Most straddles will be $10, sometimes $15 or $20. What are some adjustments you might make to opening ranges and bet sizes? Consider that some players when on the button will be more likely to defend their straddle/button than others. What adjustments would you make when on the button?

What an awful gamble. You're giving away a huge edge on the best years of your life for the reward of a little (false) job security, a dental plan, and a pension that you're not even sure if it will be enough to allow you to retire. Heck, will it even be there? Who's exactly gambling? I see your bullsh*t that you've been told by your parents, and raise you my lifetime of happiness (STRING RAISE!). -OTD

I'm guessing the answers will go like this: Use position. Isolate the fish. Value bet relentlessly. No reason to ever bluff in this game.

Just got slow rolled by some random with aces, time to take an automatic weapon to the nearest crowded public space.

QUOTE (BaseJester)
"Mixing it up" doesn't magically rationalize anything you do. It's like you walk up to a pencil sharpener, pencil in hand, and think, "Everyone expects me to sharpen this pencil, but I'm going to mix it up." Then you whip out your cock and sharpen that instead and yell, "Ha ha, bitches, you never saw that coming!" Well, no, they didn't. But you still have a dull pencil and bleeding dick.

I'd prefer if the hands were posted outside the thread, just because I like the ala carte sensation of commenting on hands instead of searching 3 pages of cthread, looking for all the responses to a hand.
