yuck.I think this is either a 6, or a busted draw a lot, so I'd probably lean away from raising since there's no value vs the busted draw and get get 3b by a 6.

If he had KJ K6 Q6 66 kk or QQ I think he would have raise the turn. So I have no idea what he may have. I would just call. If he's capable of trying a stupid bluff, raise.

I just call, and make a note if he likes to bluff scare cards. If that's the case and he's bluffing (or even betting with a worse K), I also note that he reads good.

If we raise, we are putting him on a hand that will call the raise. If he folds or we get three bet, the raise is useless. So, what hands would he do this with? Without any info, I would call and have my answer for the future.
See, that's what I like about poker. Even the mildly retarded can play.
