Kk Facing Reraise On Draw Heavy Board

Recommended Posts

hi, new here obv., so i hope im doing this correctly.been jumping games a lot in the past, but after discovering pokerEV and seeing that my expected winnings were really good and assuming that i have been just unlucky in the past, i wanted to give the good ole cash game another try and go for a larger samplesize. currentply playing NL with aprox 50-60 buy ins.kind of swingy in the last couple of days, was a couple of buy ins down, was 3 buy ins up yesterday and 6 buy ins down today so i wanna check if there are some major leaks in my game, though pokerEV has the sklansky bucks well enough on the positive side, the EV suffered a bit today due to running into AA with KK 2 times and set over sets, but oh wells.here is one of the hands im not entirely sure about.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)saw flop|saw showdownBB ($54.25)Hero ($37.15)MP ($20.40)Button ($47.10)SB ($24.75)Preflop: Hero is UTG with kh.gif, kd.gif. Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, SB calls $0.65, 1 fold.Flop: ($1.75) 8d.gif, ts.gif, 6d.gif(2 players)SB checks, Hero bets $1.25, SB raises to $4, Hero raises to $16, SB raises to $24, Hero calls $8.Final Pot: $49.75opponent was at 22/12/2, aprox. 50 hands i thinkim running at 16/12/1.7is this standard? not sure if i should have raised to 12$ instead of 16$, but my reasoning was that i dont wanna see a mere villain-call and a turn-shove on any of the expected ugly cards and having to decide whether to puke-call or not due to getting 3:1 on my money.
