You will probably get flamed for flat calling with AQ --- I'm fine with it.

I just started playing .25 BB for some days and am probably too carefull and passive. But under normal circumstances wouldn't I want to check raise this flop?
It's probably QJ,KQ and JK-bluffing often enough to make the call profitable. Plus from the way you played it, your hand looks like some weird JK chasing.

I dont really like c/c on the flop. Leading out avoids giving a free card to quite a few possible straight draws and gets value out of a bunch of weaker hands.
His turn bet is scary. If Villain is not bluffing than the weakest hand I can imagine him having is KQ and I think most people in 0.25 bet lighter with KQ on that board (unless if he has KQc but that is impossible because you have the Qc). If we assume that QT is the only 2 pair he can have than he has 6 2 pairs and 7 sets in his range, and 8 possible KQ. There is some very distant possibility of AA-KK and also a distant possibility of a straight draw or air.

The problem is really this: if you plan to check most rivers he will check behind with pretty much any hand that you have beat, and put you all in with anything that has you beat and you will be very committed to call at that point. Which means that the 1:2 pot odds that his turn bet is offering you is more or less an illusion.
I think with no read at all you can lay down that turn. Unless average people in Stars 0.25 games are extremely loose which I wouldn't know.

On the river I'd call and pray. Or maybe even shove it so he can't check behind with a weaker Q, we can't lose much by doing that if we plan to call, since he is shoving every hand that have us beat and it is unlikely that he'd triple barrel and show up with a busted draw.

i pretty much hate every street here

1. i 3-bet this pf a lot, looking at all 3 of your hands here you appear to be playing a weak/passive style
2. lead or c/r the flop, i tend to like a lead but c/r can work against donks/bet monkeys
3. after you lead or c/r the flop you are in control and turn and river are super simple bets
4. by looking at all 3 hands i don't know if you can possibly be viewed as LAG
5. i dunno i just hate calling down like this

1. The raiser is UTG and a 3 bet isn't automatic, but it's also not unreasonable.
2. If you c/r the flop and get shoved on or called, what are you doing?
3. If I c/r the flop and get called, I hate my position because I'm probably going to be bet/calling with the worst hand a lot

Insta call.

Villain has JJ / KQ.
If he's hanging around with a 4, put him on your buddy list.

I love AQ.
AQ and KK are my most profitable hands of the half dozen or so "premium hands."

1. This is true. I do both.
2. I don't really like a c/r, it's an option. I like a lead and then we can go from there. if we c/r and get shoved, i cry/fold/call. if just called i slow down.
3. I agree I kinda shutdown if this happens.

I thought that too after I posted the hands. I play pretty aggressively in LP but usually from the blinds I have noticed I have been playing pretty passively.

Thanks for the input guys.
