I tried Poker Mountain today, and decided not to continue playing on the site. I tried to close out my Poker Mountain account, but kept getting an error message. When I wrote to customer support, their response was:

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we have been experiencing thiserror with withdrawals. We are aware of the situation and we are currentlyworking on it. We appreciate your patience and understanding. To be honestwith you I do not know the exact date or time when this will be fixed. Ifyou have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
My response:

I'm sorry, but that answer is unacceptable. If you were aware of the problem, why haven't you notified your customers by email? If you had done that, I would never have made my first deposit today. I've played on several online sites and this is the first time I've ever had a site tell me that they not only couldn't refund my money, but didn't know when the problem would be fixed. With that in mind, can you give me any reason to give your site my business in the future?
Anyone else experiencing this? If I'm not able to withdraw my money by Monday, I plan to report Poker Mountain to the BBB and any other consumer group I can think of.
When you tell me a bad beat story, I don't really listen. I nod sadly and pretend to care, but actually I'm using the time to think about more important things. That way, you feel the sympathy you're seeking, and I put my time to good use. It works for both of us. -- Mike Caro, Super System 2

I love how you put the word glitch in quotes. That's it, they're trying to steal your money. Nice catch.

In the software development industy we call that an "undocumented feature". Hope you get it cleared up.
