villain is 45/24/1.7 30 hands. he has open raised from the button all 3 times he has had the chance, including 65o. But, he would have a much wider range that he may try to steal with that I can beat. Is this correct thinking?

I would probably bet AK or AQ here... I think his most likely single hand is AJ, or maybe KQ or something like that. I prefer a c/c here, for all of your reasons.
