Nostalgae 0
There are two no-limit games around here -- one with 2/5 blinds and a $200 max buy-in, the other with 5/10 blinds and a $500 max buy-in. I have never sat at the bigger one, but the $200 max is rather difficult to play in unless you happen to pick up a nice pot early in the session. It doesn't help that there might be a few players with $800 or so that have been there all day too. I guess the question is do you guys think $200 is adequate for that level, and if not does that make it a bad idea to try and play in that game? There is a game with no max but it is 25/5o blinds and that might be a little over my head.
bmcarter 0
IMO, those blinds are too high for those max buy-ins. For 5/10 I think you should have at least $1000 in front of you to start (I think).
