Gargoyle97 0
What's the idea behind the turn bet?Should it be b/f? or are 5 outs enough to continue?
Actuary 3
What's the idea behind the turn bet?Should it be b/f? or are 5 outs enough to continue? As clean as those outs probably are, it is enough.Esp in pos.Now Rabid are you folding river UI?What if he 3-bets the river? Zach6668 513
I like the hand, and I like the analysis so far.Is this a normal hand to limp along with? I do it too, but I never feel right about it (in my very limited full ring play these days).

Zach6668 513
Na, just too much of a SH/HU mentality, raise/raise/raise!!!Like I said, a limp is my standard play here, but it just feels wrong because of my mindset.I don't think a raise would be terrible though, but who knows. Take control of the hand and put a little pressure on the blinds. Yes, with the limpers they should call with marginal hands, but many timid players won't, not to mention those who already clicked on check/fold.If it ends up 4 or 5 way, our equity is not horrible against a herd of limpers, is it?Is my thinking correct here? Zach6668 513
I dunno, I'm genuinely asking. It's been forever since I've really studied full ring. While preflop isn't 'that' important once you can play postflop, it's certainly worth examining. I really need to brush up on this by the time I get to Vegas for the summer, lol.QTs is a pretty hand, so I'd love to raise it, but I don't really see why it's so much better than QTo. I mean, our equity will be very close to the same preflop with either hand. Is it just that QTs will hit more flops harder? Is QTo just weak, and since we're only playing for the big card pairing ability, really, and some straight draws, is it better just to see a flop? I don't really know anymore, lol. What would be our reasoning for raising either QTo or QTs preflop here? What are the reasons against it?With 2 limps, a raise folding the blinds wouldn't really be that big of a deal, would it? I doubt the blinds fold often enough for that to be the purpose we raise, anyways. With QTs, a 4 or 5 way pot is fine for us. Is QTo that much harder to play in a big 4 or 5 way pot? I'm rambling.
