I play it the same. I might lead the flop depending on how I was playing at the time but I think your checking every street just screams smaller flush but I don't see how your folding anywhere.

Lead for $2 on the flop, like you would if you had the nut flush or a set. If called, make another small bet on the turn. Take control of the hand and keep the pot small. If raised, you can just give it up and you haven't lost too much. If villain is a chronic bluffer, then it is better to just check-call every street, but it is a high-variance play.
