If you are going to fold after he had already stood pat in front of you - and you hit the best possible card you could hit, why didn't you keep the A and draw 4 or keep the hearts and draw 3 and hope for a miracle?I call everytime. If he really has a pat hand, then you basically lose the minimum unless elay802 reraises behind you.

The only pat hands that I have beat are A-5 and 2-6.

Well your not folding. He had a chance to raise preflop with a solid hand to get some money in before the draw and didn't so what does that say?

A lot of pots are taken down with just one raise, he was probably looking for a check raise in EP

Agree, he was first to act pre-draw, got dealt a monster and did not want to scare everyone out.Teeny, tiny chance he has a smaller straight, but the percentage of time it's one of those, versus the times it's a bigger hand ~ 2% (just making that up, but it's a whole lot less than the 50% it needs to be to call down).

You don't need to win 50% of the time to justify calling a pot sized bet you know
