Hypothetical at best. That's no reason not to raise with premium pairs, fearing overcards. Since when do we play JJ for set value anyway?What about the times he calls with AK/AQ/KQ and it's no higher than a T high flop. You're happy to have $4 in the pot now, aren't you?

1. Because we have a hand that is ahead of his raising range and we want to charge him for seeing a flop with an inferior hand and playing out of position against us. We are not trying to take the pot down, we are trying to get value from a strong preflop hand.2. That depends on the texture of the flop and other considerations like his aggression factor. Why do we bet? To get better hands to fold, and worse hands to call. What hands in his range would lead this flop? If he calls and then pots it on an AK2 rainbow flop, I am more inclined to fold it. If he pots it on a 333 flop I'm raising him and trying to get my money in.3. Probably, unless the percentage of the pot we need to call in order to win it is greater than our equity against the range of hands he is shoving on us with. most times i 3 bet here with JJ pre but i think its ok to call in pos some of the time. but thats not the question at hand.

I do -> but I am still tooo tight sometimes. I used Sklankskys preflop strategy and hence did not reraise with JJ for the last 75.000 hands

Let's dismiss the small sample size for a moment.13% raising range is not very wide but JJ is still way ahead of it. The best part here is that 44% VPIP hints that his raising range is not much wider than 3bet calling range, which is why we need to 3bet this guy with JJ 100%.
