I saw Bill yesterday in my town campaigning for Hillary. He speech was really, really good as he talked for a little more than an hour with no notes and no breaks or even drinks of water. (Although I have a feeling its pretty much the same speech he gives at most of these rallies).
I agreed with just about everything he had to say, including the Clinton's views on health care, education, and the war in Iraq. The only thing is: everything he said was pretty vague and pretty standard for any progressive minded person. I felt like Obama would agree with just about everything said. I don't see how his speech separated Hillary from Obama at all. That being said, I would much rather have someone fresh in the White House rather than another Clinton or Bush.
