Reads: UTG is a 40/10 donk, does a lot of dumb pointless bets/raises, he insta raised this but given the board i kind of felt he was weak. Given that we still have the BB behind us, what's the best line to take? Are we folding here? Calling to evaluate the turn? Or trying to get it in V UTG/BB?

I would raise and call any shove or shove any non-heart non -A -4 -5 turn.
