I probably wouldn't call just because of the limp re-raise.I'd be afraid of aces or kings and you only have $1 in the pot so I'd just let it go.

This is a different hand than the Original hand you posted isn't it? You had pocket 10's in the original post.On this one, I don't think that there's much you can do it about it. You can't really put him on pocket J's which is the only hand that he realistically could have had that beats you.

On the first hand, I think thats a bad call. If he has a pair higher than you, you're in real trouble. I cant see him doing this with anything less than 2 overcards to your pair (and you better hope they're not suited). And even if he does have two overcards, you are only a slight favorite. To me its not worth risking a call here.BTW, a lot people like to try this tactic with AA/KK. Limp in early. Then wait for someone to raise. Then go all in over the top. They do this to try and induce a call. They know a lot of players (especially at the the low limits) will call with the attitude, "I'm no pussy. He's not gonna bluff me outta this pot." I'm not saying you had this attitude (or that I use that tactic for that matter), but a lot of people do use this tactic.

Interesting idea.I'll admit that I only called because I was just starting. If the damn AA vs quads hand hadn't happened I would have been off to a nice roll. Unfortunately I wound up down a couple bucks, bah
