Your minimum raise on the flop should be a pot sized bet to 270, probably a little more since theres a player behind you. That puts you precariously close to being pot committed, so a push on the flop might be the best line.If called on that flop bet, shut down, it screams set to me.As played I think its a fold to a likely flopped set.

I agree with copernicus. The whole hand is just screaming that you are beat, at least a set.That board is too scary. He could have flopped a striaght, set, or made a higher 2 pair on you.He is not pushing there with just one pair (all you can beat). Its a fold.
