StilettoNole 0
I have been at the table for 50 hands and am running at: 26.92% / 23.08%/ 5.25. The three bet cold caller is not very good. He over values things alot and I have taken some money from him in the session. He is running at: 33.33%/22.22%/ 2.63 with a lot of pre-flop min raises and the like. I have a feeling that he is getting tired of my aggression because he is calling almost all my raises and calling me down light. I have yet to go to showdown without the goods, though I have raised/c-bet with nothing and took it down without showing. Acid_Knight 2
Well, once you make that flop bet, you know you're not folding. With your reads, what else are you supposed to do?/thread
MikeBauer26 0
Flop Bet is protective enough.Call the shove?Ummm... I think you are behind here. You pushed him around an he folded sofar. Even if he is calling down light, is he coming over the top light? With AQ? If you have an aggro image on the table, people are probably not trying to bluff you by giving you 4 to 1 odds.Hence I won't expect AQ or AJ here to often but possibly rather two pair, a set or (seldom) draws (seldom because he seams a bad player) and somtimes made hands.Nontheless you are getting 4 to 1 so you may try suck out or dodge Aces, Nines and Clubs and beat his draw or kill his set by catching a 3-outer (the three Tens that arent clubs.Worth a call from your position. Also because it may prevent people from moving in on the "table maniac" easily and should make your decisions easier on the next hand where you are facing an all-in shove. mtdesmoines 2
You constructed calling odds. Don't be surprised if villain flips up 9T or two pair.
Dictius 0
Exact same thing happened to me last night.Villain raised preflop, I 3 bet him with AK.JQK rainbow flop, I bet, he shoves, I call. Villain shows QJI think you should call getting 4:1, but don't expect to have the best hand alot. What's the range of a 33/22 after he shoves? I think the tightest his range would be is AK, KQ, KJ, QJ, AT, TT, AcJx, AcQx, JcTc, T9.Results from http:\\www.HoldEmRanger.com 67,320 evaluations, 68 hole card combosBoard: Kc Qc JsWins Ties Equity26.85% 6.50% 33.36% ( AhKs ) 60.14% 6.50% 66.64% ( AK, KQ, QJ, KJ, AT, TT, JcTc, AcQ, AcJ, T9 ) So call.EDIT: Added T9 to his range.
