I think I 3-bet the flop, otherwise I play it the same.

Nice poorly disguised brag post...you have the nuts on all streets and there's a flush draw out. Raise every chance you get.

Raise flop, plenty-o-action going on, you want money in.

No, fold the turn icon_naughty.gif ...My dad always said there is no such thing as a stupid question. You either just proved him wrong, or you are just trying to brag but needed to think of a question to slip in.

He's asking if he should raise the turn because he legitimately wants to know.
Notice how the BB has bet out on the turn, even though UTG capped his flop 3-bet... hence, OP wants to consider that facing SB with 2, instead of 3 cold, and allowing for BB to (hopefully) 3 bet and UTG cap again, makes MORE MONEY. As played, he's concerned he lost some action on turn and maybe river

If Daniel posts this and explains that he did not raise the flop, to make a turn raise more profitable, we go ."ohh"
And when the flop gets 3-bet anyway, we don't lose; but do gain some options later, yes?

imo, we accused wihout better consideration here

Honestly, I wasn't trying to brag. Maybe I should have explained more in my original post. Actuary is right, I was actually wondering about my flop play and my turn.

If I 3 bet the flop I may give less incorrect odds to draw to a flush and take control of the hand, but I worry that instead of getting action on the turn it will be check called to me instead of possibly bet/call or bet/raise where I am making a lot more money with BB's than I am SB's.

If I don't 3 bet the flop I give flush draw better odds and don't get as much money in on the flop, but may gain more on the turn.

So I was wondering, what was the better play there.

And for the turn, should I risk just calling so the next guy will reraise and the next cap, or should I 3 bet and ensure I get some money in that pot.

And uh sorry if these questions are dumb, but I've been away from poker for a while now. Pretty much relearning everything but the basics.

I didn't think you were bragging. Like I said earlier, I don't call at any point in this hand.

Buster: I hate you. You should consider sterilization to help ensure that your DNA doesn't not intermingle with my gene pool.

As played, you did fine. I'm throwing out bets on any street. This is obviously going all the way down. No guarantee that just calling will get the turn capped, so might as well go ahead and raise. I'm probably raising the flop as well.

The pot is so big on the flop that it doesn't seem like you're going to be able to control the pot odds no matter how its played. 14BB in the pot after the flop. Even if it gets to be 3 cold to anyone chasing a flush, they are still going to be seeing almost 7:1 to see the river. I'm raising and hoping for the best.
