I'm folding. I can't call that bet with only a pair of 10s. I'd have bet that turn though, checking on a blank isn't a good idea
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

I run into this problem alot also. You are obligated to bet, but you're just donating if you're beat. You can't get out many better hands, but if you check you can get bluffed out. It's a Catch-22, you can only get yourself in trouble. I'm just wondering about the general case if you're called on the flop.

And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

It's still early in the tourney (blinds are low); I would have to fold at this time. It'd be a tough fold though as your pre-flop bet (2.5 bb), flop bet (less than 1/2 the pot) were not that strong so button probably sensed weakness and now that you didn't bet on the turn, he sees an opportunity to buy this pot.Very close, but I would fold and still have almost 1,400 chips to play with

Fold every time, unless I have a very strong read on the other guy. Probably not though, since this seems very early in the tourney.**EDIT** Although if said player is down to 800 chips already, he is either unlucky or a bad player.
