Well the seller of this order needed to offer subs (Substitute tickets).... So I called the buyer and he accepted. So I start typing in the notes... Buyer Accepted subs without seeing teh floop. This is not a good sign.It's already a foregone conclusion that I hate my line of work right now, but at least I have taken some steps to rectify the problem. I've started taken a few actuarial exams and am enjoying the work (actuarial concepts and poker go hand in hand).
