There seems to be a lot of money to be made just in rakeback even for an average player and because of this I want in. My first choice was to do full tilt but i've had a free account already on there so I'm not sure if they will alow me to add rakeback. So thats my first question. If I'm not able to do that with full tilt I was thinking Absolutepoker and I'm wondering if thats a good second option or if anyone recomends different.

Second part is what rake site do i use or does it matter? I've found two Rakeback and rakebucks.

Sorry if this sounds to newbie I just thought you guys would be the best to ask how to maximize my profits online.

Yeah, you probably won't be able to get Rakeback at Full Tilt, unless you start a new account. If anything click on my link for rakeback.

Don't think that just because you get rakeback you'll suddenly be a winning player.

I like Absolute. Rakeback there is not affected by your deposit bonus and frequent redeposit bonuses. My only negative there is paying the $10 fee to Moneygram for redeposits. I hate epassporte.

Both RakeUpdate and RaketheRake (in my sig) have $10,000

If you decide to try to open a second account at FullTilt, these are the steps to take (just subsititue FT for Bodog)

FullTilt makes deductions from your rakeback totals for deposit bonuses, fees for epassporte/etc, and when you cash in your FFP's. Because of that, and the softness of the games, I really recommend Absolute. It will also save you the hassle of doing the second account game.

QUOTE (finztotheleft @ Wednesday, November 21st, 2007, 1:20 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
My rakeback sites work at Bodog for new accounts

when you are creating a second account to get rakeback, please give the referral to a fellow FCP'er. I don't care if you don't use me (although I'll be thrilled if you do ), just give someone the referral. It costs you nothing to do it (you still get your percentage of your rake back) and one of us will get a little free money too.
If you are going to try to cheat the system.....

Uninstall Bodog

Clean your cookies

Set up a new email account to be used for all correspondance to the rakeback site and Bodog

Use a friend's computer from a different IP address to download Bodog

You must download the poker site through the rakeback affiliate's link

Preferably, have a different name and home address to sign up under (mom ? dad? girlfriend ?) Something to consider is that person should be paying taxes on all winnings. Bodog also requires you to send proof of identity and residence by fax for them to send you a check. I never had to do that, possibly because initial withdrawals were through Neteller. An easier thing would be to use your own name and address, as long as the other above steps are done. I'm not sure if Bodog will catch the same name/address if it's done from a clean computer. I've "heard" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) other sites don't notice the original name as long as it's from a clean computer. Once everything is set up, download Bodog on your computer and play away.

Because Bodog does not have player to player transfers, you can't get rakeback money deposited into your Bodog account. Take payment at another site.

Never access the original account again

I like RakeUpdate for rakeback at Bodog because it pays out daily, not once a month like many sites.

All the rakeback questions and then the plethora of people offering their link up are getting hilarious.

Who are all these new people asking for rakeback and why is THAT suddenly a popular question to ask?

No offense to Zach, but I don't understand why anyone would play at absolute after recent events.

I would love to hear arguments on why I should still give absolute any of my money.

So I recently got Rakeback on FT and AP and just noticed that AP doesn't deduct bonuses, which is great. Also, after playing on AP for a few days I noticed that my rakeback for AP wasn't adding up as fast as my FT rakeback does. So, I looked into the rake schedule for both and FT charges 5% with a $3 max at my limit (50NL) while AP charges 5% with $1 max. That's a pretty big difference!!!! I really like getting a big rakeback deposit back at the end of the month b/c it feels like a payday, but in the long run it is going to cost me much more to play on FT. I mean FT is going to charge me an extra $2 for every $60+ pot and an extra $1 for every $40 pot. That will add up real fast and cost me a lot in the long run. Thus, I'm gonna try to switch to AP and I suggest the same.

In addition AP has some kinda points-to-cash program where you can get between 1-1.5 cents for each point. So if you play a lot that could add up and be a nice additional bonus.

So as long as I don't run into any super-user accounts I'm gonna try to stick with AP.

Good Luck.

FYP for obligatory humour (and because I think it's only a matter of time, given AP's history with superusers)

Because they do not deduct money from your rakeback for deposit bonuses or points redemptions, they have several redeposit bonuses per month which clear quickly, and their players suck worse than FT's do.
