Not Happy With Pokerstars

Best Regards, SuzyPokerStars Payment Services.e.Wtf, i have always liked pokerstars customer service, but they really left me down. Then they try giving me 300 fpp's for my inconvenience. They should have canceled the orginally check and sent the new one through currier like they were supose to.

Of course it was a mistake but still they should have given me more then 300 fpp's......i have to wait 15 business days on top of the week i've all ready waited. which is a total of one month when it should have taken less then a week

checks by regular mail typically take 5 days although they say up to 15.

I agree that they screwed up, but I still think it's an awful kind gesture to be actually giving you ANYTHING in compensation. Standard corporate procedure is to say sorry to you, give you a pat on the back, tell you thats just too bad that things didnt work out and leave you to yourself while you curse them for the next two days.

Thats 5 more days then i should have to wait. Oh well i guess.My Response.I do realize that it's not your fault, you only are in customer service and respond to emails, which is exactly what i use to do in the call center i use to work at. Anyway waiting a month for a check is unacceptable. Also i think i should have been given alittle more then 300 fpp's for my inconvenience. You are being ridiculous. If the money is so important to you that you need it right NOW, you shouldn't be gambling with it in the first place.Oh, and when you send someone an e-mail complaining about a service, at least use a spelling/grammar check so that you sound somewhat competent or at least passed the fourth grade. Unless you use to take English classes. You get your cash out when you get it. Be happy they compensated you with anything.

Typical.A) If you are living so close to the cuff that a few more days in receiving that check makes a big difference... you shoulnd't be gambling.B) It was a mistake...they admitted they made a mistake. They GAVE you something for free in return and you feel you deserve MORE free stuff.C) It's only 1k. Not enough to get your panties in a wad over.I wonder how much FREE stuff you give out when you make mistakes.

I don't need the money right now lol. A thousand dollars to me is like a million to Bill Gates, he doesn't need it, but hey is a million dollars. If you must know, i was using that money for a plane ticket.Also you'll have to excuse my grammer skills lol. Aren't you going to email them and say that this isn't enough and that they need to grant you with unlimited Sunday Mill/WCOOP/etc. entries for life?

Thanks for the club membership, but thats ok.
i haven't ever had any problems with poker stars. i always go with a check which is usally around 1-2 weeks.
