IBFT 0
For those of you that play a Laggy style where you're raising a lot preflop i have a question on when you're calling a reraise. Assume you're raising with the standard hands plus med suited connectors (56 through JT) and small/med pairs. PS if i raise with KQ/AQ/KJ etc.. in late position, im never calling a raise with these, since they are reverse impliedoddaments, etc...When you get reraised at these levels and you don't have aces or kings, but instead a med pocket pair or suited connectors, what are your standards for calling the reraise?Do you have to be in position? Does the villains stack size have to be 1) equal to yours 2) over 100BBs or just 10x the reraise? and I assume a read that he will stack off light helps, but I assume, for the most part, at these levels a reraise means Aces or Kings (unless its a min-reraise, then its AK 10000000% of the time).PS - does anyone else notice that after an 8hr session your hands start to sweat and it becomes increasingly difficult to shuffle chips? Any suggestions? Latex gloves? Thanks for your comments/time:)
NoBBiR 0
I'm calling a normal 3bet from a player with around 100bbs or more with any pair from any position, most suited connectors when I'm in position, and folding most hands like KJ/AJ/QJ/AT/KQ etc, like you said because of reverse implied odds.I'm folding most medium pairs to a 3bet if the player has less than 75bbs because at that point set mining becomes sort of pointless. However, if he really LAGgy with 50-75bbs, I might 4bet and try to get it in with hands like 77 to 99 since you are usually ahead/flipping in those spots.I think folding zero gapper SC's from position to anyone with 100 or more bbs for a standard threebet is sort of criminal. Take a flop and see what happens. Much less than that and it's probably better to fold them. You really just want to be getting around a buy-in from someone when you try to flop a set or two pair/big draw with SC's. It's not worth your time and money otherwise.'This is why one half buyiners down to minbuyiners are the work of Satan. I just hate having to fold 10c9c OTB to a guy who 3bets me for 30-40% of his chips.

IBFT 0
Thanks for the links - hard to find posts at 2p2 after the board change over - they are interesting reads. They sure love their math at 2p2, hope I'm able to learn/apply what they are handing out for free.
mtdesmoines 2
For those of you that PS - does anyone else notice that after an 8hr session your hands start to sweat and it becomes increasingly difficult to shuffle chips? Any suggestions? Latex gloves? Thanks for your comments/time:)First of all if you have sweaty hands, latex gloves will turn your palms into a swamp. Washing your hands with soap and hot water whenever you get the chance will help a lot -- gets the oils off, and the oils are really the "clammy" sensation you are experiencing. Yeah, I have sweaty hands.I play a HUGE LAG style, but one of the things people really don't realize at all is that I rarely ever just call raises and reraises. I raise again or fold. Why do anything else until you get to nosebleed stakes? If my style is working the way I want it to, villains start limping to me to see how much I'm going to make it to go. When I raise and hear "there he goes again," I know my style is working. It's also my GOAL to make people laugh and talk as much as possible. As MUCH as possible. A laughing, happy game is a good game, my friends. That's when I'm in LAG mode. What most don't know is that I shift within a session about once every 90 minutes. I don't think anyone realizes it. Someone said to me Friday night, "I can't believe what some people pay you off with. It's like they just open their wallet for you."But to me, LAG isn't about randomly throwing chips around the table. It's about overpowering players with a wide playing range, finding strong hands in unusual spots, and making them pay off your legitimately strong starting hands. The style works better live than online. I played three games this weekend $1/$2$300 live.Thu: $1,045Fri: $1,503Sat: $1,
