HubDub04 0
After I verified all my personal info to FTP via fax, they said they approved and had processed my check for $3100 and it would be sent out within 24 hours. They also said that it usually takes 2 weeks for delivery. Well it's been like almost a month now and i'm getting frustrated. I e-mailed them and they said wait it out basically. My question is that because they ship it out via UPS, shouldn't they be able to provide me with a tracking number?Anyone else have issues with paper checks with FTP? I've cashed out dozens of checks from Stars and never had to wait more than 6 days.Advise sirs and madams....

Suited_Up 2
Stars is always about twice as fast, but usually within 2 weeks for me. What I really hate is the 2 days it takes to approve before it even gets sent.
HubDub04 0
Yea, I had just started playing religiously on FTP starting the first of the year (NY Resolution obv) and I hadn't really played much there before. When I deposited $500 and ran it up to $3100 (kind of a brag lol) I wanted to get it out and they made me jump through hoops to even be able to submit a request for a check (faxing utility bills, ids, etc).Good thing that it's only a 1 time thing for that though, because I do like FTP's cash games better than Stars. pt special 0
thats why u dont cash out..keep it all onlinealso, the first check im guessing takes a bit because they prolly do some extra investigating especially if its a larger amount...so it might take a little longerand if u are cashing out the entire amount of ur bankroll..dont know if u are, but that would be even more red flags

HubDub04 0
LOL. I left $1,000 online so I could still play some cash and some FTOPS.Def. not even close to my whole roll imo.

NoSup4U 0
At least lately, I haven't had a FTP check take more than 7 business days. Haven't cashed out in a month or so though.Mark
