1. 400 SNG's @ 15% ROI. 2. 5K hands of 25 or 50NL.3. 1k profit. I withdrew a huge chunk of my roll because I'm going to buy a car soon, so I want to get back over 2k. 4. Keep VIP.5. Again, the whole gym thing. It's getting closer to summer.

Gym is very +EV. It helps one's poker game greatly. (No SW)

I don't know, it takes a ton of time away from poker. I would much rather go to the gym every day than play poker though.

from a guy who plays everyday now, and stopped going to the gymi will say thisa healthy mix of both would be good if youre a fulltime player.too much gym is no good. if u go 4-5 days a week, thats solid. You need a rest day. and Make sure you stretch a lot pre and post workout.stretching is very very very important for any type of weight liftingand too much poker is no good. i played everyday live for the last 3 weeks, and i started showing up completely zoned out.it was sooo routine that i had no idea what was going on. it was pretty weird. so ya. i took 2 days off. and feel much better

I'm holding out on posting my month graph until the end of tommorow to try and avoid a jinx. My last 4 days has been super sick since I started the 6 max ban. I posted the graphage in the challenge thread

Posted ImageSoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.....With rakeback coming though, I'll have made $2860ish on the month. It's below the $4,000 goal that I set for myself, but I also ran about $1500 under expectation, so I guess I can't be too upset with how things went. I got in over 24k hands despite not playing much at all this whole last week of the month.Next month I guess that I'm gonna have similar goals except that I want to make enough to get my roll up to 12k or so to be taking shots at 2/4 HU.I'm sure I'll repost more stuff in the March Goals thread when someone starts it, but I'm done for the month, so I'll leave this here now.

one more day, ************thinking about taking a shot at 10/20 tomorrow, if I feel well, and the games are goot.I need $1,750 to hit my monetary goal for the month, lol, and it would be very difficult to run that hot at 5/10, lol.

About 23k hands played so far this month, mostly 200 NL. Rakeback included, I've made about 7200 so far. My goal was 8k and it looks like I won't reach it unless I have an excellent session today (not out of the question!). Still happy with my month, as it's my best month thus far by several thousand. Took a mildly successful shot at 400 NL, where I got 1-outted top set < bet. Hoping to slowly progress to 400 NL during mid-March. Will update with my official monthly totals after the month ends.
Snamuh raises to $76.75, and is all in
BigKamp: yyou lose
BigKamp has 15 seconds left to act
BigKamp calls $24.50, and is all in
Seat 1: BigKamp (small blind) mucked [Ad Ac] - a full house, Aces full of Kings
Seat 2: Snamuh (big blind) showed [Kd Kh] and won ($102.50) with four of a kind, Kings
Snamuh: you lose

i dont even know what i did as far as goals. i slacked the last 2 weeks with keeping records.all i know is i'm up close to 4k in cash, and down about 800 in sng's and tourneys. so roughly 3200 for 3 weeks. since i started the month late.

Sigh, back down to $259, wasting money on pointless tourneys and stuff.
