ihateAK 0 Posted May 3, 2005 Share Posted May 3, 2005 Edgewater Casino (Vancouver, BC)Don't remember everything, here is what I do remember...Hand 110 handed $4/$8 Me (late position) QcJc limp VERY LOOSE GAME6 callers, BB raise, everyone calls.FLOP: 10 9 8 (2 spades)I check-raise, get 2 callers.Turn: 3 diamondI bet: one callerRiver: 6 spadesI check, he bets, i know what im looking at but i call.He flips over a 7 of spades and says missed my flush, i say straight, he flips over 2 of SPADES for the flush and starts laughing like a hero.NEXT HANDSame table, Me on button 6s6d call8 callers.flop: 5,6,10 rainbow, checked around, i bet, 3 callersturn: Jchecked around, i bet, one caller.river: QSB bets, I call, she has AKoff, runner-runner gutshotdid i play either one wrong? the only thing i question is my check-raise in hand 1, maybe should have just raised... dontlookdown 0 Posted May 6, 2005 Share Posted May 6, 2005 i think on the first hand u may have wanted to raise instead of check raise just there are so many people in the pot and chances are someone is on a flush draw and u dont want to give him a free card. plus u will probably get called. other than that not much u can do. the guy probably would have called the raise anyway.
