donk4life 34
There's no need to bet that much on the flop..And yeah.. As for PF.. I'd probably fold..
ThePhoenix88 0
There's no need to bet that much on the flop..And yeah.. As for PF.. I'd probably fold..That's pretty much it. QJ isn't that strong of a hand anywhere except maybe folded to you on the button. Certainly not a raising hand.
MovingIn 0
I dunno, QJs isn't a terrible hand to open raise with in MP, so long as you don't fall in love with it. A flop like this, in fact, is what you're looking for if you are going to play it.But I agree on the flop bet being too big. 500-700 is sizable enough if you're going to lead out. TravisG 0
lol. i never throw qj away in mp in an unraised pot... i mean sometimes i dont understand why people need at least an ace to open the pot.... and open-limping is bad. so i probably raise, but this is a 4.40 so i muck it anyways. super-tag-ing is good in those. you'll get good action with your premiums so there's no need to get risky with this one. Mercury69 3
I like the PF raise and the shove to the Diamond heavy board. Me likey...
gfdsa146 0
The monster draw isn't a made hand, and isnt going to become a made hand a little less than half the time. The way I see it, it's like playing AK vs a PP preflop. I'm more inclined to shove here, because the profit that I make when i get called is little to none. That's why I shoved rather than bet 700-900 and then watching the turn and river blank.Additionally, if I do bet some type of standard amount, I think it commits me to the rest of the hand. I'd rather push now, where my equity is better than it would be on the turn, and give my opponent(s) the chance to fold so I can collect what is an already nice pot.
Sheiky 0
Personaly, i think once you raise PF the only real option you have on this flop is to shove.Like you said, any bet is taking up too much of your stack and your hand is pretty strong in this spot on a ten high flop.I don't mind raising PF, i'd probably just muck though.
