vervius 0 Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 i play some micro HU but never in a tourny format. just wondering if i should stick to my guns how i usually play (decent win/loss ratio) or if there's anything else to consider with tourny action.thanks for imput/advice. jmbreslin 0 Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 There is one major difference between tourney play and cash play, regardless of the format: the rising blinds in tourney play adds a whole other element of strategy to your play. I play 95%+ of my HU hands in position As the blinds get higher relative to your stacks, you should read this article on SAGE from cardplayer which deals with low M situations HU.
