1) Don't complete w/ AJ, raise and isolate the limper2) What's with the overbet into a flushed flop?3) No need to make such a big bet on the turn again, if he's drawing to a diamond you can give him the wrong price with a smaller bet - also makes it much easier to fold if you get raisedHere's how I play the hand.PF: raise to 80 to push out the BBFlop: assuming the limper calls, I lead for about 120 into the 190 pot (same size as yours, but you have aggression in your favor and likely only one villain to worry about)Turn: if he called the flop bet I lead for about 250 into the 430 pot and fold to a big raise

I don't mind the limp as you're deep stacked, OOP for the rest of the hand and AJ sort of sucks. Stop overbetting the pots, 2/3 the pot is fine on flop/turn - allows you to get away cheaper if villain was trapping. Also, allows you to potentially showdown for a cheaper pot. As played, fold to the raise on turn as it's still early.
