Turned A Set, But Can I Fold?

Villain in this hand is probably the only player at the table i 'respect' in poker terms, he's still not great but he makes a lot less mistakes than most people and is generaly pretty aggressive. I've been playing with him for ages and i have a few tells on him mainly by the way he announces his bets, on the turn here i read him as being very strong.We're playing with one BB of £.10. Effective stacks are £6(though as we're playing in school we have to keep the money hidden so i didn't know from the beggining how much he was playing with)Hero is in MP with 6 6 UTG limps, 2 folds, villain raises to £.4, 1 fold, hero calls, 2 folds.Flop(2 players): 9 5 3 (pot:£1)Villain checks, i check.Villaing is not the type to C-bet every flop, his range for checking and betting is pretty wide here so i was kind of confused what he could have, i though it was likely he had two face cards which missed. I though for slightly longer than normal before checking behind, someone at the table joked that i was going to bet and that villain should raise, villain nodded at this and i checked.(Not a perfect description, but i thought there was a chance he was going to c/r here so i decided to check)Turn: 9 5 3 6 (pot:£1)Villain checks, i bet £.7, villain raises to £2, hero calls.The way he announced his c/r and the bet sizing scream flush to me, i though for a long time and was seriously considering folding. His range was probably a bit wider than that though and i had outs to a full house so i decided to call instead of raise all in.River: 9 5 2 6 2 (pot:£5)Villain goes all in for £3.60, Hero snap calls.My main question here is the turn play, do you ever fold here with a strong read? Is calling better than shoving?I suppose this is a bit un-interesting as he's only got 60BBs, but i was really undecided about what the right play is on the turn.

I call the turn given the price, and the fact that we're in position on the river, meaning he can't check behind a scare card.

If you think he's a good aggressive player I can't see him checking the flop with a FD+overs. I think it's more likely he has an overpair with a high spade or something. I call the turn with the expectation that I'm ahead and bet the river unless it's a 4th spade.
