Due to being so broke, tonight i decided to cut my own hair instead of going to the hairdressers for a haircut. I was thinking, haircuts cost like $20, why pay $20 for something i can do myself?
I mean its not that hard, you just cut afew chunks out here and there....i did it and it actually looks surprisingly good, hairdressers always get it wrong anyway.
I now was able to sit at a cash table with my haircut money, and double up through KK......
my roll is now at $42

Does anyone else cut back on simple things in life to help their roll?

Don't know if you take the bus at all, or how bus passes work in US, but I've figured out a sure way to free bus travel.

Basically, you take a week pass that's one month out of date (although I do have a month pass for November, 2006), and recycle.
eg. Expires: 14/02/07, so just use it as though it said 14/03/07 and you'll never be caught. If you are, just do the whole "What?! Aww, sorry..."

$100 to a billionare is not $100 to a homeless woman. there is no natural law saying how much money should be worth to you. i'm not saying you shouldn't have a respect for money, but you should realize that $200 in your bankroll is no longer $200 in your pocket. once it's in your bankroll it should be the $200 to the millionare, that is, that it no longer has any real value to you. it becomes an investment by which to make more money and nothing more. it becomes just a number or an abstract idea of a number.

omg, you're a genius.....
i never realised how cutting back on things like this can improve your roll so much, i am easily going to save $100 a year on haircuts, probably about the same on bus tickets, any other ideas would be appreciated.

that shitty day thread is too big....can't keep up with it, i was one of the pioneers of that thread remember....
also, i am having quite alot of trouble sleeping lately, i keep waking up from dreams where i just go through thousands of hands in my head, then as soon as i fall asleep again it starts happening. I'm not even joking, i just wake up at night going through all these hands.....its just disturbing, how many people do u think suffer from that shit?

Been cutting my hair for years. So I should have a huge bankroll by now. If it wasn't so much work I'd keep my head shaved.

i grew a beard to save money on razors. macdonald's only charges $.50 extra if you get the meal, but i have a soda at home. i buy suave and still only shampoo about every 3rd day. i only apply deodorant if i'm going to see someone that day (i'm kind of a shut in).

my roll is da fattest.
