I move from a high school to a division one NCAA school with the opportunity to further my education for free as well as a similar salary to my previous job... am I crazy... Sure the 30 mile drive is a pain in the ass and the wallet (with current fuel prices) but that's short term pain. It sounds like the new gig provides much more in the way of allowing you to grow and command a better salary in the future. Free graduate classes ain't nothing to sneeze at dude.
