Jeepster80125 0
Sorry, but I have no idea what happened when I saw this play. Granted, I was at the game and distracted by the cheerleaders in front of us (brag).Later in the game, Minnesota was deep in their territory, and after two penalties was third (i think) and 20 from inside the ten yard line.On the ensuing play, they got close to the first down, but there was another penalty (i think). Then, the officials ruled a safety. The ball wasn't close to the end zone, and no players were either. Did the penalty have something to do with the safety? If there are two consecutive plays that are ruled half the distance to the goal, it's a safety? I've never seen this ruling before, and if anyone watched the game or could explain this to me I'd appreciate it.Thanks,Jeepster
