I avoid this sort of thing by betting the flop and the turn. I don't RRAI after the minbet, smooth call or fold that. You have a strong hand, but realistically what is he going to be pulling that move with other than some BS like a set of 3s?

just call the min-raise on the river.I would probably lead the flop, as well as the turn if called on the flop.

How about lead the flop? You flopped a vulnerable TP in a heads-up pot against a limper, you need to lead that flop. As played, also lead the turn and just call the river raise.

ok...thanks guys..one of the things I have to work on is in trying to figure out what they have, I put them on a hand pre flop and then right after the flop, and then don't adjust my assumption ...need to continually make an educated guess based on action all the way through...J
