Hero's quiet, villain's quiet and respectable based on the hands seen.
Immediately before the hand in subject, this happened:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

saw flop|saw showdown

MP ($2.90)
CO ($20)
Button ($11.90)
Hero ($14.75)
BB ($32.75)
UTG ($25.90)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2d.gif 2s.gif.
UTG raises to $0.4, MP calls $0.40, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.35, 1 fold.

Flop: ($1.30) 6c.gif 3s.gif Qd (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP checks.

Turn: ($1.30) 4d.gif (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP checks.

River: ($1.30) as.gif (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $1, MP raises to $2, Hero folds, UTG raises to $25.5, MP calls $0.50 (All-In).

Final Pot: $6.30

UTG has Qs Qc (three of a kind, queens).
MP has Ts Ah (one pair, aces).
Outcome: UTG wins $29.30.

On to the hand in question:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

saw flop|saw showdown

UTG ($20)
MP ($11.90)
Hero ($14.35)
SB ($32.65)
BB ($29)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 7, A.
2 folds, Hero calls $0.10, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($0.30) 9, 4, K (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($0.30) Q (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.3, Hero calls $0.30, SB folds.

River: ($0.90) K (2 players)
BB bets $1.9, Hero raises to $4, BB raises to $28.6, Hero...

n.b: During Hero's tanking, the following was said in the chat by BB:
You have 8 seconds to act
BB: fold
BB: really
Dealer: Regular time for [Hero] has expired, TIME BANK has been activated
BB: fold
BB: pls
BB: for yourr sake

n.b: I am not the Hero in these scenario.

$100 to a billionare is not $100 to a homeless woman. there is no natural law saying how much money should be worth to you. i'm not saying you shouldn't have a respect for money, but you should realize that $200 in your bankroll is no longer $200 in your pocket. once it's in your bankroll it should be the $200 to the millionare, that is, that it no longer has any real value to you. it becomes an investment by which to make more money and nothing more. it becomes just a number or an abstract idea of a number.

Villain almost never has QQ or KK so we're worried only about 44 or 99. Getting 3:1 I think this is a weaker flush often enough that we have to call.

Call and berate your luck when he shows KQ

Raise preflop..Open Limping OTB is retarded.. Open limping otb with a suited ace is pretty much criminal

I'm never folding this, you see a lower flush at these limits alot
