Question about doing money transfers

with sites like pokerstars and full tilt, is it possible to make the deposit with the visa option and then transfer it back out via nexteller? I'm wondering because if i can transfer straight in from my visa card, i dodge the 8% surcharge. but then i want to know if i have to cash out by check or if i can then transfer out to netteller. all of this will be a non issue because in real life, i'll lose everything i put in making withdrawls null and void. but in pretend life, i'd like to know.thanks for any advice.

Yes you can cash out via other means. For example, if you are cashing out on pokerstars you specify the withdrawl method and on Full Tilt after you submit the cash out request you get a confirmation e-mail.... just respond there and state that you would like to withdrawl via NeTeller and then they will request your username and neteller account number.
