Been working pretty hard on grip strength lately.
Up to being able to close a Captains of Crush #2.5, which is basically top-top of the population at large. You could walk into any gym, hand a COC #2.5 to the biggest guy there and there's a 99% chance he won't be able to close it.
The COC #3 is world class- only a small handful of people have ever done it... you get your name on special lists and shit if you are verified as having closed it... so it's my goal for next year.
A grand total of 5 people have ever closed the #4, so I don't think I'll ever get there.

So true. Even so, I lift and run, bike or play basketball 5-6 days a week.
I'm not going to close the #4 crush any time soon, but I do bench press about 350#
