Hmm.... I haven't read a specific book that had large areas dedicated to pot odds, but I think Sklansky's Hold'Em For Advanced Players and The Theory of Poker contained basic information to get you understanding pot odds better. Not to mention there are phenominal reads.

I have read those two books and thought their explanations were at best difficult to understand. I did not have very much experience when I read them so, that may have something do with it... Anyway, I just read "Small Stakes Hold 'Em" by Sklansky, Miller & Malmuth and it had a much easier explanation of pot odds and implied odds that was very easy to understand.

The first book I got, Internet Texas Holdem by Matt Hilger was all I needed to read on the subject. Also explained discounting outs.
