Hmm.... I haven't read a specific book that had large areas dedicated to pot odds, but I think Sklansky's Hold'Em For Advanced Players and The Theory of Poker contained basic information to get you understanding pot odds better. Not to mention there are phenominal reads.

The first book I got, Internet Texas Holdem by Matt Hilger was all I needed to read on the subject. Also explained discounting outs.
