hello I just started playing at partypoker, my roll is about $70 right now.
Im currently playing ,02/,04 blinds NLHE, but im thinking about switching to limit, because i think it might suit me better.
There are a few questions i have about this, first off all what major differences are there between limit and nolimit? should i play more tight or more loose than at NL? and another thing, according to my roll, what limits should i play? and when can i move up in limits?
please help!

Speaking on behalf of the bankroll management (as im much better at that than speaking on behalf of the differences b/t lim and nl), the general rule is that you want to have 300 BB's (big bets) to play a roll.

So for 0.02/0.04 you would need 0.04x300=$12 if you have $72 in your account, you ARE properly rolled to play 0.10/0.20 ($60 for 300 BB's). I thought I should add that I'm not sure what levels PP offers so I'm going off of pokerstar's limits...

HOWEVER, since you are new to limit, I would keep more than 300 BB's in my account. 400 would be a safe number at each level until I feel comfortable with how the game flows and whatnot.

Because the bets are so much smaller compared to the pot, be less eager to get away from hands after the flop. You should almost never fold a open-ended straight draw or a flush draw. Sometimes you'll even want to chase two overcards.

It's likely at the penny stakes that you'll see lots of multiway pots going to the river. In those games, the best flush draw is a very profitable hand, and you should be prepared to bet and raise it for value.

I am also just playing limits games now. My game seemed to be all over the map with win /lose. It seemed to level out now. As for the limit play:

Most of the starting hands I use is are high. Top pair along with some top suite AXs or KXs. I come out hard and run it to the river If i hit the flop.
This seems to have worked well for me at the micro limits

i think im also going to limp alot of suitedconnectors since flushes and straights are cheap to chase...
thanks a lot for the answers!!

I disagree with this. Play them from the blinds, but I'm not a fan of limping with them or calling raises.

Stick to premium hands, imo.
