No one gets more calls than Lebron, including Kobe. Have you ever seen him get called for a charge?
I've never seen anyone even try to take one. Why do you think that could be? They're all real scared?Or perhaps he has more creativity and quickness for his size and build, combined with well above average intelligence, than any other player in the league.

im still not sold that many of these people that get these big online scores are winners when it comes to the live game, which, by the way, is real poker.

no but I saw him score 49 points on 20-30 shooting (with a bunch of boards and assists) in the conference finals and people on here still complained about his performance. so i dont really know what to think anymore.

I'm not complaining about it he had a phenominal game, except for getting the win.

Lebron was actually pretty crappy down the stretch of this one but.....WOW. Make a shot like that and you had a sick night. He just saved Cleveland's season with that one.

Hi I'm a Van Gundy, and I'm fucking retarded. I didn't watch the Nuggets/Lakers game one where pressuring the inbound pass won the Lakers the game.

its been mentioned other places but the biggest mistake was by Pietrus who chased Pavlovic to half court needlessly, opening up a passing lane for Mo to Lebron. And if Cleveland is going to win this series, Mo Williams needs to play better. The difference between the Cavs this year and every other year was his play (having a legit #2).

I admire Delonte's bravery. I am sure he is glad to be on the Cavs now and not have to make that decision ever again.

Maybe the NBA will find a way for the refs to help with that.

From the most recent mailbag in response to Lebron being upset at losing the conference finals.

Quote

(Now, please spend the summer working on a low-post game and come back with at least two moves. If you care about cracking the top six of all time -- and I think you do -- then you should have a reliable jump hook, a drop step and an MJ-like fallaway by November. Period.)
I've been saying this for a while now. Glad someone else notices it. Also if he does that, he will be 100% unstoppable.

Yeah, he has to learn these moves since he had a horrible season, right?Jadaki Idk why you have such distaste for Lebron,. Most of the stuff you said in this thread is off base. Way off base.

I don't have a distaste for him. I just don't buy into the hype when he has some pretty gaping weak spots in his game, he is just good at covering them up. He is given way to much credit for what he does when other people do it better and don't get the same recognition for it.It's funny how everyone was telling me earlier in this thread that Simmons says he is the best blah blah blah and now Simmons is pointing out the same things missing from his game that I did. Your right though, I'm way off base that he has no post up game and his mid range game is mediocre at best. Not to mention he gets way too much credit for his defense. My problem with him is more in how he is marketed and how niave fans believe he is already one of the best to ever play when he still has yet to prove anything.
