i used to smoke 3 packs/day but I'm down to 1/day. i've tried quitting umpteen times and it has never worked. Whenever I try to quit I want to kill a kitten so I'm not quitting because of the kittens

I'm trying to quit now too. I'm doing it graudally. Are you trying to quit cold turkey? I'm down now to about 5 cigarettes a day, and I've been trying to quit for about two months now. It's tough...Good luck, man.
