No, Scott Fischman catches miracle 7's every single censored hand to win a tournament. OP realizes his move was bad, but he got lucky. Fischman still thinks he's a good player...

I was simply referring to the running 97 he caught against Awada. Never said anything about his skill. Get off his dick.

People seem to forget that he could have caught an A or a K to win as well. The reason the beat is "horrendous" is because he happened to catch runner runner to beat Awada, but an A or K would have just made it a normal bad beat. And no, we aren't on his dick. We just like to set the facts straight when people say something dumb.

Perhaps, but it doesn't change the odds just because the title was on the line.

What are you talking about? I know it's not that bad. I was arguing for that very point. Go back and read my posts.

That wasn't the only hand he caught a miracle 7. He caught a 7 a few hands earlier when a player on his right was all in with K5 and he called with K7. 5 came on the flop and he got a 7 on the turn. Seems like the most used phrase of that final table was "Scott Fischman needs a 7 to win this han....OH A 7!!" I actually don't hate Fischman as much as I hate The Crew in general. Except Dutch Boyd. Dutch is cool.

what was that guy doing calling with the sixes on the river? sure, you made some ballsy (some pronounce it INSANE) bets and raises that worked out, so kudos to you, but seriously, that guy you were playing must have been high on meth or something...

Nobody was more shocked than me to win that hand. I think he was using the '3 pair beats 2' strategy.
